01 · Ground-up construction and complete new-build execution
We deliver complete new buildings from approved designs, drawings and quantities: site preparation, earthworks, foundations, structure, masonry, building services, finishes and subcontractor coordination through to handover.
02 · Concreting and reinforced concrete structure execution
Foundations, pad footings, rafts, retaining walls, columns, beams, floor slabs and stairs. Formwork, reinforcement, pouring, vibration and striking — from labour only to the complete structure.

Yes. MTD executes works from approved designs, drawings and quantities provided by the owner or its technical team. Depending on the project stage, we can also help with an initial technical and cost assessment before quantities are finalised.
Yes. Depending on the project we can work labour only, labour and formwork, labour, materials and plant, or take on the complete structure. Each case is assessed individually.
Yes. We deliver complete new builds — earthworks, foundations, structure, masonry, building services, finishes and subcontractor coordination — and, depending on the project, can act as main contractor.
