General
Where does MTD work?
Mainly in Galicia — with A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo and an approximate 50 km radius as our usual areas — and in north-western Spain. We also consider selected projects elsewhere in the country.
What kind of projects do you deliver?
Residential, retail, industrial and public new builds; complete or phased reinforced concrete structures; public works and scaffolding hire. Our focus is construction and structural projects of a certain scale.
Do you work from drawings and bills of quantities?
Yes. MTD executes works from approved designs, drawings and quantities provided by the owner or its technical team. Depending on the project stage, we can also help with an initial technical and cost assessment before quantities are finalised.
Do you offer labour-only structural work?
Yes. Depending on the project we can work labour only, labour and formwork, labour, materials and plant, or take on the complete structure. Each case is assessed individually.
Can you take on a complete build?
Yes. We deliver complete new builds — earthworks, foundations, structure, masonry, building services, finishes and subcontractor coordination — and, depending on the project, can act as main contractor.
How do I request a quotation?
Through the request form, on WhatsApp or by phone. The more information you provide (location, stage, drawings, quantities and timescales), the more accurate our assessment.
Can I send project documents?
Yes. The forms accept PDF, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG and PNG files, up to 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total. You can also send them by email.
How quickly do you reply?
Requests received during working hours are normally answered the same day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Construction
Do you provide architectural design or handle permits?
No. MTD executes works from approved designs, drawings and quantities provided by the owner or its technical team. Depending on the stage, we can help with an initial technical and cost assessment before quantities are finalised.
What types of new build do you deliver?
Detached houses and villas, residential buildings, retail units and centres, industrial buildings and hangars, offices, public buildings and urban developments.
Can you act as main contractor?
Yes. Depending on the project we can take on the build as main contractor and coordinate all subcontractors.
Do you coordinate services and finishes?
Yes. Complete delivery includes coordinating building services, finishes and the other trades through to handover.
What do I need to request a quote?
The location, the type of building and the documents available: design, drawings and quantities. You can attach them directly to your request.
Do you work outside Galicia?
Yes. We work across north-western Spain and consider selected projects elsewhere in the country.

Concrete & structures
What kind of concrete structures do you build?
Reinforced concrete structures for residential, retail, industrial and public buildings: foundations, basement and retaining walls, columns, beams, floor slabs, rafts and stairs.
Do you work labour only?
Yes, it is one of the possible models. We also work labour and formwork, labour, materials and plant, or take on the complete structure.
Which documents do you need for a quotation?
Structural drawings and bills of quantities or, failing that, the design at its current stage. With that information we review the scope and prepare the offer.
Do you supply the concrete and reinforcement?
It depends on the contracting model. We can coordinate concrete, reinforcement and pumping with certified suppliers where the project requires it.
Do you work as a subcontractor for main contractors?
Yes. We integrate into the main contractor's organisation to deliver the complete structure or specific phases.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Galicia — especially A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo and their surroundings — and north-western Spain, with selected projects elsewhere in the country.

Rental & services
Do you erect and dismantle the scaffold?
Yes. The service can include transport, erection and dismantling, plus a prior assessment of the site.
What information do you need to quote?
Location, approximate dates, type of work and estimated dimensions of the façade or area. Photographs help a lot to assess access and bearing.
Do you hire scaffolding to private clients?
Yes. We serve contractors, companies and private clients.
Which area do you serve?
Galicia, with A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo as our usual areas.
How long can I keep the scaffold?
The hire period is agreed according to each project's needs and equipment availability.

Public works
Have you worked for public administrations?
Yes. We have delivered a project for the Provincial Council of A Coruña with good results.
Do you subcontract for contract awardees?
Yes. We can join as a specialist structural or building subcontractor for companies awarded public contracts.
Do you prepare tender bids for others?
We do not offer tender consultancy: our service is construction delivery.
Which areas do you cover?
Galicia and north-western Spain, with selected projects elsewhere in the country.
