Site conditions in the area
- Good A-6 and AP-9 connections for concrete, reinforcement and plant deliveries, close to industrial estates such as Sabón, Pocomaco, A Grela and Bens.
- In the city centre, access, loading and material storage shape the site set-up, so they are planned before crews are mobilised.
- The Atlantic climate, with frequent rain and wind, requires concrete pours, curing and scaffold erection to be scheduled with margin and monitored daily.
- When scaffolding occupies the public highway a municipal permit is required; it should be allowed for in the programme.

Do you work across the whole A Coruña metropolitan area?
Yes. Arteixo, Culleredo, Cambre, Oleiros, Sada, Bergondo, Abegondo, Carral and Betanzos are part of our usual area, as well as the city itself.
Can you deliver only the structure of a development in A Coruña?
Yes. We can take on just the reinforced concrete structure — with or without formwork, materials and plant — or the complete build, depending on the project.
