2. Data we process

  • Identification and contact details you provide: name, phone, email and, where applicable, company.
  • Project information and documents you attach (drawings, quantities, photographs).
  • For job applications: professional details and CV.
  • Browsing data through cookies, only when you accept them (see the cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling quotation requests and preparing offers: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Answering contact enquiries: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
  • Managing job applications: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Managing any resulting contract and meeting legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
  • Measuring website use and campaign effectiveness: consent to the relevant cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects on you.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the legal retention and limitation periods. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Web hosting and email providers may access it as processors under Article 28 GDPR and, only if you accept the relevant cookies, measurement and advertising providers (for example, Google).

Where a provider involves international data transfers, they are carried out with the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to administracion@reformasyconstrucciones.es. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security and minors

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. The forms on this website are not intended for children under 14.
